NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS!
Let’s be honest, everyone’s got em. Whether you admit to them, think they’re lame or just don’t see the point in them, you secretly have something you would like to improve upon in this new year!
I know I am a little late but I needed to get a week into this year to decide on all I wanted to achieve!
I personally have lots of resolutions, probably the most I have ever had. To be real, I have never been that serious about resolutions, but recently I’ve realised how important and motivating it is to hold yourself accountable for yourself.
Being complacent in life I believe
is the end of life. If you have nothing else to strive for, work towards, goals to reach & new barriers to break, what do you wake up for everyday?
You must always think outside your comfort zone, work towards something you never really thought possible & then when you achieve it, a whole new world of possibilities opens up.

I personally can’t wait for this new year! I have so many thoughts, ideas & dreams I wish to push for & accomplish & I just can’t wait to get started.
MAKING THEM OPEN TO MAKE ME ACCOUNTABLE!
I have decided to make most of my resolutions known to anyone that wants to look on this platform. Mainly because I feel it will force me to focus harder on achieving them. I want the awkwardness of failing to be smashed in my face at all times! I want to prove to not only myself, but to my followers that I am capable of setting my mind to something & tackling it head on. Even if I don’t successfully complete everything or fail at something that I try the most important thing will be that I did just that, TRY.

2016 NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS:
Eat a balanced, healthy diet
Work towards becoming a full time Pesco Pollo Vegetarian
Start doing yoga 2-3x per week
Pilates once a week
Complete Kayla BBG 2
Train 5x week & include more cardio
Make 4-5 blog posts a month
Travel More & take more weekend away trips with my husband
Learn to say ‘NO’
Complete 2-3 juice cleanses
No dessert on weekdays
Grow my business significantly
Get my abs back hahahah.
Learn to spoil myself from time to time
Buy more organic produce & products
LOVE MYSELF MORE & WORK ON MY SELF BELIEF & SELF CONFIDENCE.
I really believe if I set my mind to it, these are realistic resolutions that not only I CAN accomplish but by doing so will actually change my life completely!
