Hi, My Name Is Torie & I Am Addicted To Athletic Shoes.
I HAVE A PROBLEM!
If I had endless amounts of money I would probably have an equally endless supply of trainers & athletic clothes! Sometimes I wonder if I am sick in the head with how much I desire new workout gear then I look on Instagram and realize, I AM NOT ALONE, most of you girls are addicts with me!
Anyway, I have really bad knees & ankles, so as much as I think 99% of running shoes are cute & want them, it would be a huge waste of money for me to buy them because of my picky feet!
This brings me to a review of my newest fetish, Nike Free 3.0 Flyknit… I WISH so badly I could put into words the fit of ecstasy I have when I put these little pink clouds on my feet.
It is like rolling yourself in cotton candy & diving into a pool of marshmallows. Yes. That good.
Just picture that for a second. Mmmmmmmm. ♥ Ok moving on.
I owe all this joy & pleasure to my husband though, who bought them for me as a surprise gift. I thank him every time I wear them, no lie, every dang time!
Not only do these give me so much comfort & support, but it feels as though I am walking on a perfectly moulded spring board that has been stuck to the bottom of my foot. It takes all the pain out of my ankles, shins & knees. I could walk all day long and not feel a pinch of pain.
NIKE KNOWS FEET!
Now the one thing you have to realize is they are that sort of sock like shoe with the stretchy fabric on top, not the typical structured type running shoe, so these will work muscles in your feet that aren’t used to working. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend immediately going for a run in them, but warming your feet up over a couple weeks, using them just for walking & training till you grow comfortable. The plus side, lightweight, these shoes are practically not there, your foot has so much more freedom to move about when running, it doesn’t feel weighed down at all, which is a big peeve for me.
The only downside for me with these shoes is how quickly & easily they get dirty, every time I wear them I have to clean them, which is frustrating, but they are so comfy & pretty its worth it! 🙂
If you suffer from any sort of joint pain, I highly recommend these shoes. Not only are these Nike Free 3.0 Flyknits exceptionally cute & stylish but your feet will thank you & me for the comfort they’ll feel!
