
SUMMER IS COMING!
Well this weekend was one for the books, can you say BEAUTIFUL!!
It was a Summer weekend in the heart of chilly season! ♥
Capetonians live for these days, I swear the population goes from 459 to 1290493048 overnight. Everyone comes out of the woodworks, the beaches fill up, everyone is on their balconies & decks Braaing (BBQing) with the doors open. You can smell the wood burning throughout the town, it’s the BEST! Everyone trying to soak up every second of sunlight & warmth before the cold & rain comes back!
So we participated with the best of them, we went surfing, played beach bats on the beach, laid in the sun absorbing all the Vitamin D possible, lit up a fire and cooked all our dinner on the grill!
We lapped it all up! ♥
There is one thing that goes perfectly with a warm summer day though & that’s of course, SMOOTHIE BOWLS! We enjoyed these on our balcony after a long hot day playing in the sun & licked up every drop of this yummy AVOCADO & PAPAYA SMOOTHIE BOWL! Now tell me that doesn’t sound deliciously refreshing!

2 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

2 Tbsp Organic Sugar Free Peanut Butter
