Directions:
Complete each exercise in the round in order till you finish the round.
Once you complete the Round, repeat till you have done 3 sets.
Then move on to next Round.
WORKOUT
ROUND 1:
- Skipping – 60 Seconds
- Toe Taps – 45 Seconds
- Front Lunge onto Low Step – 15 Reps per leg
- Gate Swings – 16 Reps
ROUND 2:
- Bench Sit Jump Squats – 30 Seconds
- Weighted Step Ups w. 3 Straight Leg Kickbacks – 10 Reps per leg
- Plie (Single Dumbbell on Chest) Squats – 15 Reps
ROUND 3:
- Plank Shoulder Taps – 40 Reps (20 per shoulder)
- Mountain Climbers – 50 Reps
- Weighted Bent Leg Jackknife w/ Full Sit Up – 20 Reps
- V-Sit Crunch (Arm to Same Leg) – 10 Reps / V-Sit Crunch (Opposite Arm to Leg) – 10 Reps
- Complete both moves with one leg and then switch to the other leg
FINISH OFF:
- Single Leg Side Step Out Squat w. Forward Kick, Side Kick, Front Kick
